Are not able to login to the app. Maintain having an error. App is English though the error is in Chinese so I don't know what it is. Rebooted cellular phone, uninstalled/reinstalled app, turned off knowledge for a couple of minutes, but no mycard ?? use. I nonetheless are not able to log in for the application.?????????????????????????????????????
